1. Who we are
SubhSync Technologies (“SubhSync”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at soft-rent.web.app and subhsynctechnologies.site, and provides web development, web app, e-commerce and AI services.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details you submit via our enquiry form: name, email, selected service, message.
- Usage data via Firebase Analytics: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser, referrer.
- Cookies required for analytics and theme preference (stored only in your browser).
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide services you request.
- To improve site performance and content.
- To send transactional updates about an active project. We do not send marketing email.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We use a small number of trusted processors to operate the site:
- Google Firebase (hosting and analytics).
- FormSubmit.co (delivery of contact form messages to our email).
5. Data retention
Enquiry messages are kept while the conversation is active and for up to 24 months after, unless you request earlier deletion. Analytics data follows Firebase defaults (up to 14 months).
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Email hello@subhsynctechnologies.site and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, scoped credentials and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure — please don’t send sensitive data (passwords, IDs, payment info) through the contact form.
8. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this notice. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any change. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated notice.
