1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of soft-rent.web.app and subhsynctechnologies.site (the “Site”) and any services provided by SubhSync Technologies (“we”, “us”).
2. Use of the Site
- You may browse the Site for personal or business use.
- You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.
- All content, branding and code on the Site are owned by SubhSync Technologies or our licensors.
3. Quotes & pricing
Indicative prices on the Site (e.g. “from ₹8,000”) are starting points. Final pricing is fixed in a written proposal once requirements are confirmed.
4. Project terms
For paid engagements, the following apply unless overridden in a signed proposal:
- Payment: 50% to start, 50% on delivery. Larger projects are split into milestones.
- Revisions: Two rounds of revisions per phase are included.
- Ownership: Once paid in full, you own the source code and content we deliver, except for third-party libraries (which keep their own licences).
- Confidentiality: We treat anything you share as confidential.
5. Warranty
We will fix bugs in delivered work for 30 days after launch at no extra cost. After that, ongoing support is available on a maintenance plan.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 6 months before the claim.
7. Third-party services
Our work may rely on third-party services (hosting, payment, analytics, AI providers). We are not responsible for their outages, pricing changes or policy changes.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for completed work remain payable.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
